Led by therapist Maria Ekvall and HR Specialist Ermin Idrizovic, the course is an intimate journey into personal psychology, encouraging leaders to understand their own feelings—and those of others.
The warm, welcoming visuals mirror the personal, relaxed tone of the course, making it not just training, but a conversation. This approach elevates employer branding, offering a double return on investment.
The leadership course for Nowaste Logistics was filmed in a relaxed studio environment, with a warm, welcoming set design. The “one-to-one” conversation format, led by therapist Maria Ekvall, made the series feel personal. Shooting at 25 frames per second, and using a high grade 35mm film emulation in post-production enhanced its authenticity and warmth, making it feel less like that one course on IT security HR forces onto you, and more like a set short film snippets you’d actually want to watch.
